Who is eb n flo best for?While we don't really have a set user base, the vast majority of the clients we work with fall into two main categories: e-commerce or personal brands. In saying that, eb n flo is perfect for anyone who needs high-quality digital services on a recurring basis without the need to hire someone in-house. What do you mean by "unlimited"?We get this all the time! But, when we say "unlimited", we really do mean unlimited. Throughout the duration of your subscription with us, you can make as many requests as you’d like, and our team will work to get them all completed for you, pronto. The average turnaround time to complete an individual request is dependent on the subscription option you choose to go with. Where are your team located?eb n flo is 100% Australian-owned and operated. The entire team is Aus-based including our founders, Eb and Trav who both come from Regional Victoria and are still heavily involved in the business. With the bulk of our clients being Aus-based also, it was extremely important to us that we keep everything on home turf to ensure we remain available during usual business hours for timely responses to client inquiries and design requests fulfilled as quickly as possible.

Do you outsource any work?TLDR: No, we don't. 👏 The name "eb n flo" unironically originates from the phrase "ebb and flow," a natural, continuous movement that embodies our approach to client-agency communication. Just as the tide ebbs and flows seamlessly, "eb n flo" represents a fluid exchange of ideas, information and deliverables, ensuring a smooth, uninterrupted, and adaptable partnership. eb n flo does not outsource work, or work with freelancers to complete your requests. Although we run things a little differently in operating a "CaaS" model as opposed to a traditional "Digital Agency" model - in any scenario we think developing a "bang on" client relationship is the key to a successful partnership. Maybe we're biased? But, in our opinion - these kinds of client-agency relationships and communication streams simply can't be achieved when outsourcing.

Why wouldn’t I just hire my own team?Oh, we're so glad you asked! For starters, the annual cost to employ even a junior-level graphics designer now exceeds $50,000 plus benefits, while a junior-level video editor will run you closer to $60,000 annually plus benefits. Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for time you aren't actually able to utilise. Basically, in-house creative teams are way more expensive and much harder to manage from a business point of view. Alternatively, when you sign up with eb n flo, you get access to an all-you-can-create suite of services for just one flat monthly fee and on top of that, you can pause or cancel your subscription as often as you need to ensure you're only paying your designers/editors when you have work available for them.

Do you offer different subscription tiers?We wanted to keep things super simple for you here at eb n flo. That's why we've split things up into two subscription options. Which subscription option is right for me?eb n flo offers two subscription options - our entry-level tier, "Basic" and our premium tier, "Pro". Both the Basic and Pro subscription options include: ✓ Unlimited Requests ✓ Unlimited Revisions ✓ Unlimited Brands ✓ Unlimited Video Editing ✓ Unlimited Graphics Design ✓ Unlimited Copywriting ✓ Unlimited Web Design Here's where they differ: With the Basic subscription, you are granted "1 active request" with a 4-5 day turnaround time (on average). Once subscribed, you're able to add as many requests to your backlog as you'd like, and they will be worked on and delivered one by one. Meanwhile, with the Pro subscription, you are instead granted "2 active requests" with a 24-48 hour turnaround time (on average). In turn, once subscribed, you will have double the resources allocated to working on your requests while also getting them done in a shorter timeframe. On top of that, the Pro subscription gives you access to: ✓ Unlimited Motion Graphics ✓ Hook & Intro Development ✓ Canva & Figma File Delivery, and ✓ Priority Support No two individuals or businesses are the same, therefore we can't definitively tell you which subscription option would be best suited to your situation. What payment methods do you accept?Payments can be made via Card, Direct Debit, Apple Pay, Link and Google Pay.

What does my billing cycle look like and when will I be billed?We maintain a monthly cycle for billing. As long as you maintain an active subscription, you will be billed each month recurringly, on the same day that your subscription began.

I want to cancel my subscription - how do I go about it?Dang it! We'll be sorry to see you go. All good though, here at eb n flo we make cancellation super simple. No documentation or lengthy admin processes. You can cancel at any point in time. Simply reach out to your account manager and let them know you would like to cancel your subscription with us, alternatively, you can email us at support@ebnflo.co and we will be happy to assist. If you cancel in the middle of your billing month, the subscription will be cancelled on the renewal date when the next payment would have been taken.

Am I in a long-term contract with you?No, that's one of the best things about eb n flo subscriptions. You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime, when you're in need of our services again, simply sign back up!

Who owns the rights to the designs created by eb n flo?That would be you, my dear. You retain the rights to all the designs created for you by eb n flo during your paid subscription. If you would like to resell any of the designs that our team creates for you, please be sure to let your account manager know when submitting your request. Your team will then ensure all elements within your design are created completely from scratch so that you have full rights to sell your design. For all of your other design requests, where you'll be the sole end-user without the intention to resell the designs, our team will either create the design from scratch and/or use stock elements or photos, as needed to meet the requirements of your brief.

Can I resell the designs eb n flo creates for me?If you would like to resell any of the designs that our team creates for you, please be sure to let your account manager know when submitting your request. Your team will then ensure all elements within your design are created completely from scratch so that you have full rights to sell your design. For all of your other design requests, where you'll be the sole end-user without the intention to resell the designs, our team will either create the design from scratch and/or use stock elements or photos, as needed to meet the requirements of your brief.

Can I get a refund if I don't like the service?Due to the nature of the work and the fact that we offer unlimited request revisions as a way to work with you in revising the design until you're 100% satisfied, there will be no refunds issued.

Can I get a refund if I haven't used the services recently?We do understand that your workflow and demand for work will change from time to time, and this is why we make it possible for you to cancel your subscription at any time. As eb n flo is a subscription-based Creative-as-a-Service (CaaS) Digital Agency, and we provide the opportunity to cancel your subscription at any point, we do not offer refunds due to inactivity.

Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?Nope, not at all! Once subscribed, you're able to add as many requests to your backlog as you'd like, and they will be worked on and delivered one by one (or two by two, depending on whether you've chosen the Basic or Pro subscription). All we ask with this is that you order your backlog by way of priority, with the request of the highest priority at the top. We also suggest clients keep a few items in their backlog so our team is always busy.

What details should I include in my request?For the most efficient turnarounds and best results, you should always include the following information in your requests: - Size - Orientation - Format (print, digital or video) - Any colour preferences - Inspiration and reference examples - Text copy The more descriptive you can be with your requests, the fewer revisions will be required and the faster you will receive your finished design.

How do I get a revision on a request?Once a request is marked as complete, you will be notified. If upon review, you wish to have a revision made to the request, simply add a comment to the request and our team will get to making the requested change.

Is there a limit to how many revisions I can make on a request?Nope! You can request as many revisions as you like! Both of our subscriptions include unlimited revisions and we're here to make sure the vision in your head is brought to life. Simply add your notes of what you'd like changed and we'll continue to revise the design until you're 100% satisfied.

Who will be working on my requests?Well, that depends on the request. Based on what work will be involved to complete a particular request, your account manager will assign it to one of our team members, in most cases the same set few people will tend to work on your account so they can learn your brand inside and out and build a consistent arsenal of designs for you.

Do eb n flo staff work on the weekends?eb n flo business hours differ from team member to team member, this is to ensure we provide necessary availability and responsiveness to the client while also ensuring our team can create work/life balance and flexibility within that. But as a guide, on average most of our team's usual business hours fall between 9 AM Monday to 5 PM Friday (AEST), not including Public Holidays. Clients can’t submit any projects with a deadline as the weekend. Weekend is defined as 5 PM Friday to 9 AM Monday (AEST).

Will my account manager be available 24/7?Your dedicated account manager is fully available for you during their working hours. However, just as it wouldn't be reasonable for us to employ someone 24 hours a day (crikey, imagine the overtime 🤠), we don't expect our account managers to make themselves available outside their regular business hours unless otherwise coordinated. Here at eb n flo, we work as a team to do our best to provide reasonable availability so that our team members can rest and recharge. Communication and planning around availability and expectations are super important if we are to achieve a successful partnership.

I have an urgent request I need completed - what do I do?If a request is especially time-sensitive, you can indicate this when submitting your request. We’ll do our best to bump it up in the queue and advise you of an estimated delivery time once we've had time to assess what work will be involved in completing it. If we are already working on other requests and you would like this prioritised instead, please contact your account manager to advise them of the change in priorities.

What if I don't like the designs?😐 How dare you! Just kidding. That's not a worry. Add your notes of what you'd like changed and we'll continue to revise the design until you're 100% satisfied.

What file formats do you provide?The output file format we deliver for drafts and/or finals is dependent on the individual request and can include any of the following: JPG, PNG, PDF, SVG, MP4, MOV, etc. For those with the Pro subscription, we also offer Canva and Figma file delivery. If you need your requests delivered in any particular format, just pop that info in the request description when you submit it and our team will provide all completed designs in those formats.

Do you provide source files?Yes, if you require the working files for any particular request, simply add the output file formats you need to your request description, and then all completed designs come with the original source files.
